Crossbars
Wind-Cheetah roof cross bars utilise the same HD aluminium extrusion as used in our unique Flat Deck roof rack baskets. (See Flat Deck basket range: Flat Deck Baskets )
These cross bars utilise the same sliding nut channels that allow quick fit / removal of accessories and equipment. The same sliding channels are located on both the upper and lower faces of the cross bars and are used for the mounting brackets as well as accessories.
Ideal for mounting a roof tent or other goods where a low profile mounting is preferred, the cross bars are just 22mm thick but due to the design of the extrusion are still very strong.
Cut-outs are provided on both upper and lower faces to allow nuts/bolts to be inserted without removing the moulded end-caps or other equipment.
All of the mounting legs and feet can be used in conjuction with the Wind-Cheetah cross bars. Bars are supplied complete with end-caps but without any legs or mounting feet. (Pictures below are for illistration purposes only).
